Helvetic Airways adapts its business model to the new framework conditions

Kloten, 27 June 2008. In view of the consistently high fuel prices, Helvetic Airways AG has decided to use its entire fleet of four Fokker F-100s in wet lease and charter operations.

Helvetic Airways AG will therefore no longer operate scheduled aircraft after the 2008 summer flight schedule (end of October).

The workforce will remain unchanged at 125 employees.

The non-stop flights to Brindisi, Catania, Lamezia Terme, Palermo and Jerez de la Frontera can be booked as usual for the summer and autumn of 2008.
