A dream for seafood lovers
It is an absolute must for visitors to the region of Andalusia: the small seaport of El Puerto de Santa Maria. The tempting culinary delights are worth the visit on their own: the numerous bodegas and the good wine are particularly well-known. However, what many gourmets really appreciate is the huge selection of seafood. Lots of restaurants and bars specialise in fish dishes and seafood. Shrimp, scampi, lobster, etc.: they are put in the display cases of the restaurants ready to be prepared by the chef.
