Scheduled flights will serve the Apulia region once a week (Fridays). In collaboration with tour operators Kuoni and Aaretal Reisen, Helvetic will offer the following charter destinations:

"We have been considering Bern Airport for a long time. Together with our partners Kuoni and Aaretal Reisen, we are now able to offer the Bern region an attractive selection of destinations. Helvetic will continue to uphold its values in terms of quality, punctuality, reliability and convenience here, living up to our motto, ,Swiss quality all along the line' ", according to Bruno Jans, CEO of Helvetic Airways.

Helvetic Airways flies with Fokker 100 machines which are serviced by SR Technics and fitted with comfortable leather seats. Our generous seat allowance of 84cm gives you a business class feeling.

Tobias Pogorevc, Helvetic Airways' CFO, describes the strategy in Bern as follows: "Helvetic Airways will stay true to its tried and tested niche strategy. Up to now we have offered niche destinations abroad; from Spring 2011 we will also be serving the 'niche' destination of Bern. We believe it has great potential."
