Il quinto Fokker 100 della Helvetic da subito in servizio
L'aspetto interno ed esterno è identico a quello degli F-100 finora in uso. Ciò permette un'integrazione immediata nella flotta attuale. La sesta F-100 entrerà in servizio nelle prossime settimane. L'investimento comunicatoci in Aprile verrà perciò concluso a Luglio: „Oltre all'espansione della flotta, anche l'assunzione e la formazione professionale del nuovo personale procede secondo i piani. Abbiamo posto le basi per la crescita. In questa estate serviremo oltre a Rostock anche le nuove linee charter per Creta, Kos e Djerba. E l'estate prossima aggiungeremo ulteriori destinazioni“, ci spiega il direttore generale Bruno Jans.
Swiss regional airline Helvetic Airways has been offering a range of short- and medium-haul services from Swiss airports since 2006. The airline operates Embraer E190-E2, E195-E2, E190 and E195 aircraft on scheduled, charter and wet-lease flights. Under a long-term wet-lease agreement, up to 15 Helvetic Airways aircraft operate on behalf of Swiss International Air Lines.
Helvetic Airways employs around 600 people. The company also has its own maintenance hangar at its corporate headquarters at Zurich Airport, staffed by around 60 aircraft mechanics.
