What we’re doing for your health

  • All our aircraft have advanced air filters installed, and are particularly thoroughly cleaned.
  • We’ve reduced our inflight service to help keep everyone safe:
    • limited food and beverage service
    • no inflight duty-free sales

What you can do for your health

  • Please strictly follow all the instructions and hygiene guidelines of the Swiss Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH) at all times.
  • Should you feel unwell or notice any possible COVID-19 symptoms before you begin your trip, we advise you not to travel, but to call your doctor instead.
  • If you feel that you are OK to travel, bring a face mask with you and wear it throughout your flight. Be sure to bring enough face masks with you, too, to cover your whole trip.

COVID-19 provisions for travellers flying to Pristina (Kosovo)

Below are details of the immigration provisions that are currently in place in Kosovo in view of the COVID-19 pandemic. Please note that this information is not exhaustive. And please bear in mind that the responsibility for checking these immigration provisions and ensuring that you are in possession of the travel documents required rests with you as the traveller.

  1. Travellers to Pristina who are Kosovo nationals or hold a Kosovo residence permit may enter the country without needing to present a negative PCR test result. But all travellers entering the country must self-quarantine for seven days immediately after arrival. They must also document when entering the country where this self-quarantine will be spent (e.g. with family or friends or at a hotel).

  2. Travellers to Pristina who are not Kosovo nationals may only enter the country on presentation of a negative PCR test result. For such travellers arriving from a country on the Red List (such as Switzerland), this test result may not be more than 72 hours old at the time of entry. For accompanying children under seven years of age, no such test result is required.

  3. Travellers who are in transit through Pristina and will be leaving the country again within three hours – by air or via a land border – are not required to present a negative PCR test result. All such travellers must, however, sign an official declaration regarding their onward travel. Such travellers are also urged to inform themselves fully of the immigration provisions at their onward destination.
